All orders received are shipped within 1-2 working days. For your benefit, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with courier details and the expected delivery date. pratiharye.com only works with reputed courier companies that provide express shipping. Deliveries are usually made within 2-5 working days from shipment.

3. If your order is not delivered due to your unavailability or any other reason caused by you, the delivery fee forward and return is deducted from your order amount. The remaining amount will be credited as store credit, which you can use for future purchases. If you have paid a higher or lesser delivery fee for faster shipping, the same charges will apply for forward and return.

4. If your order is not delivered due to your unavailability or any other reason caused by you, the ₹249 express delivery fee is non-refundable. Additionally, both forward (₹249) (which is already paid) and return (₹249) shipping charges will be deducted from your order amount. The remaining amount will be credited as store credit, which you can use for future purchases.

   If you have paid a higher or lesser delivery fee for faster shipping, the same conditions will apply.

5. FOR EXPRESS ORDER COD CANNOT BE POSSIBLE

Before You Opt for Faster Shipping, Please Note:

We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days through our faster shipping option.

There's a 95% success rate, but a small 5% chance of delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., closed premises, local restrictions, etc.).

Delivery partners follow their own routes and timelines, so we cannot promise an exact delivery time. It depends on their schedule for your area.

If the parcel is not delivered due to reasons not caused by us and gets returned, the shipping fee will be charged twice (forward + return).
For example, if you paid ₹700 for faster delivery and the parcel is returned undelivered, ₹1400 (₹700 forward + ₹700 return) will be deducted, as charged by the courier company.

The remaining amount will be stored with us as store credit, which is 100% redeemable on your next order, once we receive the returned parcel.
For example, if your total order value was ₹10,000 and ₹1400 is deducted as shipping charges, the remaining ₹8600 will be issued to you as store credit.

For any delivery-related concerns, we kindly request you to contact the courier company directly, as we act only as an intermediary.

Still, we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery within the promised time frame.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers can request to cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled. If canceled within 30 minutes, the amount will be credited as store credit, which can be used for future purchases anytime.
