Customised Lingerie – Terms & Conditions

At Pratiharye, we’re excited to offer customised lingerie with your name or chosen text for a unique, personal touch. Before placing an order, please read the following policy to ensure a smooth experience.

How to Order

1️⃣ Select Your Lingerie – Choose any lingerie set in your size and send us the link or a screenshot. Please note that some products may not be eligible for customisation due to design limitations.

2️⃣ Choose Your Text & Placement – Share the name or text you want and select the placement. Most popular text placements:

  • Underbust
  • Thong (Front or Back)
  • Strap

3️⃣ Pricing & Payment – The customisation cost is ₹49 per letter, which is additional and not included in the lingerie price. Payment must be completed through our available payment methods before processing your order.

4️⃣ Processing Time – Customisation may take 1-2 days, depending on the text length, item selection, and stock availability. We will keep you updated on your order status.

5️⃣ No Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges –

  • Once an order is placed for customisation, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to two main factors:
    • Hygiene Concerns – As lingerie is an intimate wear item, we cannot accept returns.
    • Personalization – Each customised set is uniquely made for you and cannot be resold.

6️⃣ Care Instructions – The letters are pasted with hot glue, so please handle your lingerie with care.

  • Do not attempt to pluck or peel off the letters.
  • Dry clean recommended for long-lasting results.
