At Pratiharye, customer safety, hygiene, and product integrity are our top priorities. Due to the intimate and specialty nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards.
We request all customers to carefully read this policy before placing an order.
π« Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if tried on for size or fit:
- Lingerie & intimate wear
- All products listed under the Hardcore category
- Latex products (including latex leggings, pants, catsuits, and outfits)
- Fetish wear & roleplay outfits
- Masks, hoods, gloves, stockings, and items that come into direct skin, face, or intimate contact
- Menβs intimate outfits
- Swimwear & beachwear
- Bodysuits
Reason:
Once these products are worn, tried on, or sold, they come into direct contact with the skin or intimate areas and cannot be sanitized, reprocessed, or resold.
Additionally, Hardcore category products are sold with strict hygiene, safety, and consent considerations, and therefore are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once dispatched or delivered, regardless of usage.

The following items are eligible for return or exchange, subject to inspection and approval:
- Hats
- Slippers
- Net & embroidered gloves
- Tummy chains
- Thigh chains
- Neck chokers
- Headbends
- Pearl bras

- The above-mentioned items are eligible for return or exchange only after successful quality inspection
- Both forward and return shipping charges (where applicable) will be deducted from the order amount
- The remaining amount will be issued as store credit only
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on Pratiharye.com
- No cash or bank refunds are provided
π Return Conditions (Mandatory)
- To be eligible for return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags and loop pins must be intact and not broken
- The product must be free from stains, odors, scratches, or any physical damage
- The return request must be raised within the specified return window as mentioned in the policy
- Please ensure the return request is raised within 24 hours of order delivery.
β Important
If the tag or loop pin is found broken, removed, or tampered with, the product will be considered used, and the return or exchange request will not be accepted under any circumstances.
π Quality Check on Returns
All returnable items undergo a strict quality inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.
Pratiharye reserves the sole right to approve or reject a return or exchange based on the inspection outcome.
π Size & Fit Information
- All size charts provided on Pratiharye.com refer to garment/product measurements, not body measurements.
- Measurements may vary slightly due to fabric stretch (especially latex), design, and manufacturing batches.
- Fit and comfort are subjective and may differ from person to person.
- β Size or fit issues are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product description carefully or contacting our support team for sizing assistance before placing an order.
Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we are here to assist you. To qualify for a return or exchange due to a defective product, please follow these steps:Β
- Contact our customer service team at info@pratiharye.com within 24 Hrs of receiving your order.Β
- Provide a clear unboxing video from the start so that we can detect the issue.Β
- We do not offer return pickup services. If a return is necessary, the customer must send the parcel to the address provided. While we may try to arrange a pickup in certain cases, if it cannot be arranged for any reason, the customer is required to return the parcel without dispute.
- Our team will assess the provided information and if the product is deemed defective, we will offer a return or exchange as appropriate.Β
Ensure the exchanged items are securely and safely packed to prevent any potential loss or damage during transit. Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges for items damaged due to improper use or care. Additionally, kindly include the shipping label when returning the parcel to facilitate a smooth processing of your exchange. The amount will be credited asΒ store credit, which you can use for future purchases.

Order Acceptance & Policy Agreement

- Read and understood the Return & Exchange Policy
- Acknowledged the non-returnable nature of intimate, latex, and hygiene-sensitive products
- Agreed to all terms mentioned above
Β Status Delivered but not Received
If your order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Verify the Shipping Address: Ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. Sometimes, packages might be delivered to a neighbour, building manager, or a safe location around your property.
- Contact the Carrier: Get in touch with the shipping carrier to inquire about the delivery. They might have additional information about the package's whereabouts or any delivery attempts made.
- Timeframe for Resolution: Wait for 1 business day after the package is marked as "delivered." In some cases, there might be delays or errors in the tracking information.

Contact Us: If you still haven't received your package after following the above steps, please contact our customer service team at info@pratiharye.com or pratiharye@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will work with you to investigate the issue and find a resolution.
Kindly be aware that any issues or complaints related to delivery must be reported within 72 hours of the parcel being marked as delivered. Please note that the courier company has a policy of not accepting complaints after this timeframe. Therefore, Pratiharye cannot be held liable for any delays in notification from your end.
