Pratiharye: Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

We strive to offer exceptional products, and your satisfaction is our priority. Customers are requested to note that the material of our garter clips may differ in some cases. Rest assured, it doesn't impact the look and quality of our garter collection. If you face any issues with our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for lingerie products once they have been purchased and delivered. We prioritise the health and safety of our customers and, therefore, cannot resell items that have been worn or tried on.  

Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we are here to assist you. To qualify for a return or exchange due to a defective product, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact our customer service team at within 24 Hrs of receiving your order. 
  2. Provide a clear unboxing video from the start so that we can detect the issue. 
  3. Our team will assess the provided information and if the product is deemed defective, we will offer a return or exchange as appropriate. 

Ensure the exchanged items are securely and safely packed to prevent any potential loss or damage during transit. Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges for items damaged due to improper use or care. Additionally, kindly include the shipping label when returning the parcel to facilitate a smooth processing of your exchange. 


 Refunds will be issued only in the case of a confirmed defective product and will be processed using the original payment method within 3 business days of the approval of the return.

 Cancellation of Orders

 Once an order is placed, and you wish to cancel it, please contact us at  and or our Whatsapp number +919582361561. However, in some cases, it cannot be cancelled or modified as we aim to process and ship orders promptly.

 Status Delivered but not Received

If your order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify the Shipping Address: Ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. Sometimes, packages might be delivered to a neighbour, building manager, or a safe location around your property.
  1. Contact the Carrier: Get in touch with the shipping carrier to inquire about the delivery. They might have additional information about the package's whereabouts or any delivery attempts made.
  1. Timeframe for Resolution: Wait for 1 business day after the package is marked as "delivered." In some cases, there might be delays or errors in the tracking information.
  1. Contact Us: If you still haven't received your package after following the above steps, please contact our customer service team at or within 48 hours. We will work with you to investigate the issue and find a resolution.

    Kindly be aware that any issues or complaints related to delivery must be reported within 72 hours of the parcel being marked as delivered. Please note that the courier company has a policy of not accepting complaints after this timeframe. Therefore, Pratiharye cannot be held liable for any delays in notification from your end.
